DELIVERY & INSTALL WINDOWS
Your preferred delivery week is noted at checkout and we make every effort to honor it. However, delivery weeks are subject to change based on route scheduling, weather, and inventory logistics. Hey There, Fall reserves the right to adjust your install to an adjacent date if necessary. We will notify you in advance of any changes. Specific install dates and time windows will be communicated closer to your scheduled week — we are unable to guarantee exact times.
PROPERTY ACCESS & INSTALLATION
You do not need to be home for your installation. Our team is fully trained and trusted to design and install your display without you present. By placing an order, you grant Hey There, Fall permission to access your front porch and/or designated setup area to complete the installation. Please ensure the area is clear and accessible on your scheduled install week. If access is blocked and we are unable to complete your install, we will make one attempt to reschedule — we are not responsible for missed installs due to inaccessible properties.
